What we collect
When you place an order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number (optional). Payment details are handled by Stripe — they go to Stripe, not to us. We never see your card number.
When you contact us: your name, email, and the contents of the message you sent.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address only.
What we don't collect
We don't run third-party advertising trackers. No Meta Pixel, no Google Ads, no Hotjar, no session recordings. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate pageview and performance metrics. Both are cookieless and store no identifying data — visits are counted via a short-lived hashed identifier that resets daily.
How we use it
- To fulfill your order and send shipping confirmations.
- To respond to your messages.
- To send newsletter emails (only if you subscribed).
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with marketing partners. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business: Stripe (payment), Resend (transactional email), and our shipping carriers.
Your rights
Email hello@acrylictrove.com to request a copy of any personal data we hold, or to delete it. We comply within 30 days.
Newsletter: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer.
Cookies
We use a single cookie to remember your cart between visits, and a session cookie used by Stripe during checkout. That's it.
